Problem
After Matcon’s merger, the company had scale but no cohesive brand. The website, positioning, and overall look and feel didn’t reflect the new identity, and their marketing touchpoints weren’t aligned to support growth or future M&A activity. Anytime a merger happens the overall internal sentiment is shaky and we needed to ensure that what was happening was good, attractive and exciting for the stake holders, employees, vendors and communities.
Strategy
We stepped in to reframe Matcon’s brand. We rebuilt the website on a new platform, refreshed positioning, and elevated the look and feel to match the scale of the business. Now, we’re guiding Matcon through its next M&A phase which required us to develop the brand further, rolling out social content, and unifying every marketing touchpoint to support long-term growth.
