Problem
EasyTile had an innovative product, but it was stuck in the shadows of traditional flooring. The brand lacked a clear identity, consumer awareness, and had never really been an e-commerce brand, making it difficult to stand out in a crowded home improvement market and connect with everyday buyers.
Strategy
We repositioned EasyTile with a bold new brand story, simplified its messaging, and built a direct-to-consumer e-commerce experience. We crafted creative campaigns that showed the product’s simplicity, activated lifestyle content, and opened new sales channels .
