Problem
Pilot started out as TeamRRP, a generic name in a crowded mortgage space. The brand had no real identity, no digital presence that stood out, and no system to capture and grow an audience. Everything felt transactional, and the owners’ personalities weren’t being used to build trust or scale.
Strategy
We created the Pilot Mortgage brand from the ground up. We built the new identity, launched the website, rolled out social, and set up funnels that actually convert. From there, we started developing the personal brands of the owners, giving each a unique voice and platform. We also launched Pilot’s YouTube channel, which is now growing by over 1,000 subscribers a month, turning a once faceless team into one of the fastest-growing mortgage brands in Canada.
