Problem
StepGuard existed as a white-label product with no identity, no story, and no direct connection to customers. It blended into the background of big-box retail, missing out on the chance to stand out, grow online, or build long-term brand equity. This segment made up 60% of the revenue for the main company doing $200M+ a year.
Strategy
We transformed StepGuard into a full-fledged brand. We created a bold identity, launched a new Shopify e-commerce experience, and built campaigns that turned floor protection into something people actually noticed. With Walmart distribution and global wholesale expansion, StepGuard went from overlooked to obvious. This project is super fun and really allows us to flex our cerative muscles in a category people just walk over ;)
