DUER had a strong product and presence, but their campaigns felt too product-heavy and lacked the emotional storytelling to connect deeply with consumers. Their marketing wasn’t tailored by region, so the brand voice felt the same everywhere — missing opportunities to resonate with audiences in specific markets across Canada and the U.S.
Strategy
We reframed DUER’s marketing by shifting the story from product specs to the founder’s drive and vision, creating a more human, emotionally charged narrative. We developed a full campaign system, then broke it down into regional and even city-specific assets to maximize relevance in Canada and the U.S. The result: campaigns that felt personal, localized, and founder-led, while still tying back to DUER’s larger brand world
