Problem
TierraVerde had strong products and sustainability baked into its DNA, but the brand was trapped in “garden center” clichés. It lacked a premium identity, a clear story for consumers, and a digital presence to match its potential. Without differentiation, it blended into the category instead of standing out. Plus, DTC was imminent and they needed a trigger... enter Obvious.
Strategy
We gave TierraVerde a fresh start, sharpening its story, cleaning up its look, and making it feel like design-first outdoor living with sustainability baked in. We built a premium-but-friendly brand system, new language that actually speaks to people, and a Shopify store that made TierraVerde the obvious pick in its category with room to grow way past planters.
